ANIMAGINE'S 2008 N.E.MATION! II
Animagine's N.E.mation! II is back again with intriguing new stories crafted out by students using various traditional and digital mediums. After the students have completed their shoot, Haroko came in and did numerous 2D clean ups, balanced out lighting issues and did some extensive roto work. Some substantial compositing was also required for a few pieces.
One of the main task involved retrieving as much detail as possible from the images by using several channel blending techniques, depending on where most of the detail is residing. The green channel was usually used more often than not. Unsightly artifacts were also removed.
